We provide professional video editing education through Online Recorded Courses, Live Classes, Offline Training, Workshops, and Digital Learning Products.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to payments, course cancellations, refunds, and digital educational services purchased through our website.

By purchasing a course or service, customers acknowledge the refund conditions disclosed before checkout.

Important: Once access to a purchased digital course has been activated, payments are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Online Recorded Courses – No Refund After Access

ATOMX SANGAM provides digital educational content, including:

• Adobe Premiere Pro Masterclasses
• Final Cut Pro Video Editing Courses
• Cinematic Wedding Video Editing Courses

• Other Recorded Training Programs

Refund Conditions:

• Customers may request cancellation before their purchased course access is activated.
• Once course access is activated and made available, change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not provided merely because a student no longer wishes to continue learning, lacks time to complete the course, or changes their personal preferences.
• Failure to complete a course does not independently create refund eligibility.
• Exceptions apply where required by law, including qualifying cases involving non-delivery, material defects, misrepresentation, or deficiencies in service.

3. Course Access & Validity

Purchased recorded courses are delivered through our website or supported learning platforms.

For courses advertised with 3 Years Access, students receive access for the specified three-year period, subject to the enrollment terms.

Course access is personal and non-transferable.

Students are responsible for maintaining their registered login credentials.

Technical access problems should be reported to our support team so that reasonable corrective assistance can be provided.

4. Live Classes & Online Workshops

For Online Live Classes and Workshops:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled training begins.
• Refund eligibility before commencement depends on the cancellation conditions disclosed at enrollment and applicable law.
• Once a live class or workshop has started, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available for services already delivered.
• If ATOMX SANGAM cancels a paid program, students may choose an appropriate alternative or receive an applicable refund for undelivered services.

5. Offline Training Programs

Offline classroom training is subject to the enrollment and cancellation terms communicated before registration.

• Registration and course fees are subject to the disclosed cancellation conditions.
• Once training begins, fees for completed services are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind requests.
• Any applicable deductions must be reasonable, disclosed, and consistent with applicable law.
• If ATOMX SANGAM is unable to deliver a paid training program, students may be entitled to a refund or another appropriate remedy.

6. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

Digital products may include:

• Wedding Video Editing Projects
• Editing Templates and Presets
• Downloadable Project Files
• Educational Resources
• Digital Editing Materials

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or made accessible, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.

However, customers retain applicable legal rights if the product is materially defective, not delivered, or substantially different from its advertised description.

7. Failed Payments & Duplicate Transactions

If a payment is deducted but course access is not activated, please contact our support team.

• Registered Email or Mobile Number
• Course Name
• Payment Date
• Transaction ID
• Payment Receipt or Screenshot

Verified duplicate payments or incorrect charges will be refunded as appropriate.

For successful payments where access has not been delivered, we will investigate and provide access, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.

8. Refund Exceptions & Consumer Rights

The No Refund After Course Access rule does not override rights provided under applicable Indian law.

Refunds or other remedies may be available in circumstances including:

• Duplicate or unauthorized charges, subject to verification.

• Materially defective digital content.
• Material misrepresentation of course features.
• Deficiency in services as recognized under applicable law.

Any shorter timelines required by applicable law or payment-provider rules will take precedence.
